need help installing homebrew plz help

i have a psp fat with 3.03 version firmware and i am clueless as to how i would go about putting on homebrew and i dont want to brick my psp i have tryed looking everywhere i can i found 1 way but i do not have liberty city storys to do it with plz help me

just download the programs you want to use, almost everyone of them comes with a readme.txt file, and follow the instructions

I think he means he wants to downgrade to 1.5/put a custom firmware on it.

The best way to go would be to use the pandora's battery method.
