2.0 only recently became available to the general public. I highly doubt loopholes in the new firmware will be found any time soon. Your best bet is waiting for the WAB downgrader to pass its dev/testing, as you would then be able to downgrade to a previous version.

No, there isnt a downgrader. You cant play "emos" on a 2.0 PSP.
