the file name MUST be M4VXXXXX.mp4

i.e. M4V10002.mp4

btw, i don't like video9

Nero Recode is much better in my opinion (its faster, easier to use, fewer stupid settings)

if you're gonna use Nero Recode i recommend 223 KBPS

anything above is even better but 223 is the minimum quality i would accept

Does anyone else think that the sound when playing movies is very low on the PSP??

I got 'White Noise' the other day it the sound levels are really low

I found that sound was really quiet through headphones too. So I removed the in-line remote, and just plugged headphones straight in. Voila, mucho louder.

Hmmm...in Video9 you can boost the sound :D Not sure about Nero Recode but I don't think you can with 3GP

I'm pretty sure the answer to that is no. However, if you look at this thread (and the thread that is linked inside it): http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=9967 you will see a few good ways to DVD to PSP.
