My PSP usb port broken down and I am a bit in a frustration because I am not able to find and buy any via internet. Maybe somebody of you can help? It would be great it it ships to europe countries.

you mean a card reader ???

or the actual usb hub on your psp ?

The usb port is built into the mother board.
You'll probably have to replace the mother board.

If you can find a matching component usb part (http://www.globalsources.com/manufacturers/Mini-USB-Connector.html)
and know someone with good soldering skills it could be repaired.
This is at the risk of further damaging the board.
Maybe the port isn't too badly damaged and it just needs to be wicked into place.

I would be surprised if GlobalSources (http://www.globalsources.com/manufacturers/Mini-USB-Connector.html) wouldn't ship to you.
