NDS Translation Patches?

First off, this thread is not about ROMS, as in I am not asking for NDS ROMS of any sorts, I just want English Translation patches for Japanese NDS games.

Is there any site out there that anyone knows of that has a large amount of NDS translation patches. When I Google, I find some for individual games, but would rather have one site where I can get all my translation patches, because there are a lot of Japanese DS games I wish to play, but my Japanese skills aren't advanced enough where I can make it through an entire video game...

There's a partial translation for the Final Fantasy 4 remake. None of the dialog though, unless I'm mistaken. It's just the menus and item descriptions.
