Do you have a slim or fat PSP?

For gameboy, download masterboy from here (http://brunni.dev-fr.org/index.php?page=pspsoft_masterboy), extract the rar, browse inside the folder you just extracted 'MasterBoy2.02' then \MasterBoy\PSP\GAME\, copy the 'MasterBoy' folder from there to X:\PSP\GAME150 (X being the drive letter of your PSP).

Copy your roms to X:\PSP\GAME150\MasterBoy\Roms GBC and thats it.

GBA games: Download 'gpsp09.zip' from here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=46046), copy the 'gpsp09' folder that is extracted to X:\PSP\GAME150, find the correct bios file online (the readme explains how) and put it inside the 'gpsp09' folder.
Then create a folder inside the 'gpsp09' one called roms and put your roms in there.

Masterboy will run on a slim, I'm pretty sure gpSP does not (perhaps with time machine it does). Both run on a fat PSP.
