need some advice on pro duo stick

hey guys what's up, my birthday is coming up so i thought i might get a memory stick for my psp:

but i heard that there are some problems with the 8 GB memory stick because they aparently do not play some type of files, so is that true? or will hombrew run fine in it?:confused:

I don't think it's true, there are many users here with the 8GB memory stick.
