ChillAura announced today (http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewtopic.php?t=75771) that the mission party waiting rooms in the Guardians Branches on Neudaiz and Moatoob are now available to all Phantasy Star Universe players. Previously, they were only Ambition of the Illuminus users. The Parum Guardians Branch party waiting mission and all S-Rank party missions are still Ambition of the Illuminus exclusives.
