ninjapass x9 problem

when i start up some games, such as apollo justice, i get a 'SAVE FILE CAN NOT BE CREATED TRY MANUAL[B] TO SELECT GAME [B] BACK' message, but as its the first time ive started the game, i cant select any save file. any able to help?

i have a sandisk 2gb btw and i've already updated the x9 to the latest firmware thing.
