do you have to use spanish thing for emu's to play on 1.50

ok so i'm going to 3-5 ebgames looking for a 1.50 psp because one store sold me a 1.51 saying it was compatible, he must have thought 1.51 and 1.50 had no difference i dont know. if i get one, i want to play nes right a way but i read something about you needed a spanish file to play emu's on psp or is that an old post, what will i have to do to get NesterJ working and later Snes.

Old post, there are several programs in english that do it now AND most homebrew is already set up for 1.50 now so you just download it to your PSP.

So i found a 1.50, exchanged my 1.51. Course 1.50 has i guess 2 dead pixels which guy didnt see. i mean there very small. i see to black small specs dots on screen in 2 seperate spots, im guessin those are dead pixels cause it aint rubbing off. hope exchanging was right thing, cause some guy at another ebgames said there was a bios patch for 1.51 that let you play emu's, now i traded in a 1.51 with a perfect screen for a 1.50 with 2 dead pixels lol.

Anyway i only have a 32mb memory card right now. since the thing i read was outdated. How do i get NesterJ and roms running on my psp, can u gimme links to dl emu and whatever programs i need to get it work the easiest and an easy step by step how to do it.
