FluBBa (http://hem.passagen.se/flubba/gba.html) has released a new version of Murdoc the MR Do Arcade Emulator for the GBA MIcro/GBASP (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?products_id=7466&lsaid=219793), (also works on Nintendo DS (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?products_id=6554&lsaid=219793) and the Gamecube Gameboy Player (http://www.play-asia.com/SOap-23-83-2pz-71-28-84-j-70-23x.html) via a Flash Cart (http://www.divineo.cn/php/affstart.php?affcode=arboretum&prod=gba-f2au2g))
