When I click on this link (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/files/k...1.5_psp-dev.rar) and download the program for psp 1.5 I can not find the EBOOT.PBP file ANYWHERE for kxploit. What am I doing wrong.

eboot.pbp isn't kxploit
u install kxploit, then the homebrew is eboot.pbp
