C64 Emulation on GC/Wii?

Hi - in all the searching I've been doing, there doesn't seem to be any C64 emulators for Gamecube nor Wii. Is that correct? Are there any in the works that anyone knows about? To me, this is the only missing piece of the "emulation puzzle" on GC/Wii.

I know about the talk of certain C64 games coming to the Virtual Console - I suppose I can just play them that way - but that of course is limited to whatever is released.
