Do any of the doom, duke3d, whatever games that arn't console emulation nes ext.., any them run full speed?

doom? yes.
duke? no ones ported it yet.
whatever games? not sure.

The only real PC ports we have are DOOm and QUAKE...

Doom is pretty much 100% identicle to the PC version, but...

Quake still needs a lot of work, but is still completely playable and enjoyable....
