Thanks to Siliconera's astute readers, though, this was soon cleared up.
As it turns out, the game is actually the English version of Naruto RPG 3: Reijuu vs. Konoha Shoutai. Siliconera's commenters noticed that the screens were actually from the third Japanese RPG in the series, and then Spencer Yip confirmed the facts with a representative from Tomy.
