Homebrew that I cannot get to work!

Here is a list of the homebrew that I cannot get to work:

Text Based Browser - screen goes black and PSP must be hard reset
2ch Web Browser - shows blue screen with Japanese text; circle button causes circle to appear, shuts off.
PSPweather - shows logo, circle button causes circle to appear, shuts off
PSP Radio - cannot connect to server, PSP must be hard reset

Notice something in common with these apps? Yes, I do have a high-speed wireless Internet connection at 100% signal strength.

Also, I've heard of rumors of a multi-PSP multiplayer homebrew game. An asteroids clone or something like that. If you have any info, please supply.

Well, I got them all to work except for Text Base Browser, but that's fine; however, I am having problems with them in different ways:

PSPweather - Cannot configure to show local weather
PSPradio - Cannot create a version 1 .pls file
2ch Browser - All in Japanese, cannot understand

HELP PLZ!
