How to make homebrew for gba?

Hi, i'm very very new at this, so maybe i'm not in the right forum.
I was wondering if i can make my favorite pc game into a homebrew game for gba? If yes, how?
I found one homebrew game which resembled, but it was a .bin file and i don't think i can do anything with it.
Can anybody help me with this??? Thanks in advance. :thumbup:

what game are we talking about then i can tell you if its already been made or not because i doubt u could actually make it

Nearly all GBA development is done with C++ and DevKitARM, and you'd need a good understanding of C++ before even starting with the GBA.

There is DragonBASIC which is easier to get started with, but you've still got the quirks of the GBA hardware to work with. Plus I think the downloads on the site are down.
