its possible to downgrade 3.90 m33-3 to 1.50 ofw just with m33 recovery menu or that will brick my psp ? (psp slim)

No...
The PSP Slim has no support for the 1.50 kernel currently how ever you can run temporary boots of the 1.50 Kernel in 1.50 using timemachine v0.1. Google it, download it and follow the readme.

Note: this does require a pandora battery to boot the other firmwares.
