Hi, I have an old PSP 1000 with custom firmware (3.71 m33) installed, right now i am thinking of trading it in for a slim and lite console but I would need to change it back to Sony original firmware.. can i just upgrade the firmware straight away from the UMD?

BTW I don't have any magic stick and pandora battery.

Thanks

Think about making yourself a magic ms and a pandora battery before changing your psp because you may have problem to goes on CFW after this.

However, just go trough the official network update that you can choose in recovery and upgrade to 3.95, otherwise, download the 3.95 eboot.pbp on Sony official or any unofficial website then put it into your GAME subfolder then run it trough the XMB
