Ok, i understand that you need a ROM to play specific games on your psp version 1.50... I dont know where to find ROMS for specific emulators like the CAPCOM and especially NEOGEO. Can you guys help me? I have even searched for it.

you can ask him for his email, then send the link through Email. There, its legal that way.
