PC to PS2 dump

I have my PS2 hdd hooked into to my pc and im trying to move games from my pc hdd to my ps2 hdd that i ripped from my own collection a long time ago, ive since moved and lost everything. How do i dump the files to the hdd and can i run them without hdadvance? I have codebreaker.
