Update my 2006-era psp to the latest shebang

Hi,

My psp was taking the dust and i've decided to play again but I'm a bit lost :
Currently I have the 3.03 OE-B version of the firmware. I originally had the 1.50 version and i upgraded to the 3.03 OE-B version with the following tutorial : http://forums.qj.net/f-psp-firmware-discussion-253/t-official-303-oe-b-installation-guide-faq-and-support-thread-84905.html (an old version of it actually).

My question are :
How do I upgrade it to the current firmware version?
Is it possible to go downgrade it to the 1.50 version?


Sorry for the n00bish question but I'm completely lost :( Help will be greatly appreciated :)

I think its something to do with launching a 1.5 update from recovery - (that's the system I used for 3.40-OEA)

Ah, thanks for the pointer dangee.

I feel safer now that I have that recovery tool on my PSP.
