I was wondering if any of the the gba carts would work a regular red nds. Or are they just not compatible. Also what would be the best one you would say.

What do you mean by would work?

Old DS (fat DS) can work with GBA cartridges. If you're considering playing GBA games, you won't have any problem.

If you're interested by NDS games, using a slot-1 cartridge would be better.

At the moment, using EZ-Flash 3 in 1 to play GBA games together with a slot-1 cartridge to transfer games on it is a good solution.
