there is this simpel 2d game creator called clickandplay the link is here http://www.clickteam.com/English/download_section.php?PID=6&SID=10&Sname=Klik+%26+Play+For+Schools
but to play the game you make on psp you will need to devalop a sort of emulator that would run them. im not much of a programer so if any one would like to help and create an emulator to play thease games it will open the door 4 every one to makr the game they wont.
