Need help with SsPlus DC

I've got Smsplus and a few Mastersystem roms I would like to burn, but this is my very first time and I haven't got a clue.
I have read a few tutorials, but they didn't help. Could someone send me a simple tutorial that explains in steps what I need to do?

Bootdreams
Force ASP117

what's up. i don't know about BootDreams.
have you tried Self Boiot Inducer? it works good for me, and plenty simple.
