Can you get a web browser in v1.5?

yes, look up the tenchi browser(pretty good, based off 1 page with all the bookmarks you choose, and recent back-button support),
2ch(text only, never tried it),
wipeout pure(requires wipeout pure) and maybe some other ones,
but a web browser on a psp never seemed very useful in my opinion...
