Error 80023607 While Tranferring Video From PS3

I searched for this error code but couldn't find anything. It's error code 80023607 and technically it's on the PS3 but it occurred while trying to transfer a video I just bought from the Playstation store from the PS3 to my PSP. I'm using CF M33 4.01 and I have the USB fake.

Any help would be appreciated as the main reason I bought this video was to watch on my PSP.
