As if Katamari Damacy wasn't weird enough already, Namco is giving away an interesting bonus to Japanese gamers who pre-order My My Katamari for PSP. Not content with just giving away anything, gamers will receive none other than the best of the best: the prince's head.
This watermelon-looking prince head is technically to be used as a safekeeping case for your PSP. Looking at the picture, though, we imagine all kinds of uses. By grabbing onto the antenna, the pouch could make a comfortable fan for hot summer days. Better yet, it can double as a mask for a quirky Katamari Damacy Halloween costume. It's green coloring could even make a great mailbox or front door decoration to give the postman a warm smile whenever he passes by.
The pouch is limited to Japanese pre-orders, though, so American gamers will probably have trouble tracking down a copy, but collectors should keep an eye on import stores - or bite the bullet with online auctions.
Really, though, the best situation would be if Namco treated all of us to the same deal with US pre-orders, but seeing as how the US branch hasn't even acknowledged the game's existence yet, that's a little far off. Thanks to Dengeki Online for the image.
