Fullscreen tv-out on games, how?

Sorry I'm new to this stuff since i just got the tv-out cable for my slim (great deal BTW, around 18 bucks, good quality :thumbup:)

So I was wondering if there is a way to play the games on fullscreen, I have a Polaroid 29" HDTV, it has zoom, but even with the zoom I still have the square on the middle of the screen.

I remember someone made a plugin or something for this purpose

Does anyone know wich plugin it was, who made it, or how to achieve fullscreen?
