Pls Help Me!!!

my psp's custom firmware is 3.95 and I can't upgrade it to 4.01 m33. I also can't put games at it. I'm clueless. pls. help me!!! :confused:

OK this is me ABDULLAH Speaking and the mistake is that you have to press the Digital UP button and then insert the pandora battery in as my video also says so press the digital up button and keep holdin it and then insert the pandoras battery
