It is dual licensed by Microsoft and Namco Bandai Games America Inc. Arcade style controller for the Xbox360 featured with Soul Calibur 4 characters. Recommended for Fighting, action, shooting, and classic games that are available on xbox live.
The joystick feels comfortable and the "bulb" was just about perfect for your hands. (Which are not very big for that matter.) It's very much like an arcade joystick, and moves smoothly with just the right amount of resistance. It also "clicks" like an arcade joystick, giving it more realism. The buttons are excellent, true arcade style, and they also click when you hit them and have great resistance.

It seems to be a standard Hori Fighting Stick EX2 with SC IV graphics. The stick is good though. I have the Virtua Fighter 5 one and it's a solid stick, very reminiscent of the dreamcast arcade stick with regards to its size and feel. I'd say the Hori stick feels a touch better that the DC stick I have too, but to be honest both are great :D

The stick I have does not have microswitched buttons though which is what's suggested above, so maybe some internal or button parts have been changed since the Virtua Fighter version of the stick.
