Possibly Bricked PSP, Help Please

When attempted to install the Xbox 360 custom theme, I accidentally formatted my psp's flash0 before making a backup of it or anything(formatted wrong drive), and now when I turn it on it goes black for a few seconds then powers off. Is this fixable(I can't even access recovery mode when booting while holding R). Help please

Your (+|__|::) now = [|||||] . never format flash0. never delete files on flash0. only overwrite.
