GTA custom tracks

If anyone has figured out how to use custom tracks on Liberty City Stories Please let me know.(Thanks In Advance)

you cant were does it say anywere that you can the only game i know of is toca race driver 2 and wipeout but with wipeout you had to run the game off the msd thats the only way i believe you can have custom soundtrack in gta is the same way as in wipeout but at this time there is no way of doing that because you cant run gta off the msd

apparently, you have to unlock it as you progress in the game.. this is GTA, so i wouldn't be surprised

edit: apparently, people aren't finding it.. rumor is there'll be a patch
