A little thing I heard that got me curious but is this actually true?

unless its a program made to....brick your psp lets say, you'll be fine
generally running programs like emulators, etc will not do anything to your psp

THe only significant difference is that it might double your battery life.

Cool thanks for the response guys. I'm bad with electronics so I just had to ask when I heard that rumor. I guess I got a little scared cuz my modded ps2 is dead and I'm pretty sure the cause was the modchip, but thats totally different from the PSP thing ;)
