Counter strike on DC online possible?

I am aware of the DC Counter strike project and i think they are up to beta 5 or something. Is it possible online could be implemented into this?

Or is no one working on this project?

It's not possible. Counter Strike DC is a mod of the unreleased game Half-Life, which didn't include any online or even multi-player option.

No one can make online multiplayer themselves and have it connect to pc servers? or is it because most PC servers are VAC, you can't do this?

Someone did make the multiplayer mod for HL and i dont think that was valve. There's no reason why this is not possible on the DC

The engine doesn't support it, plain and simple, and it can't be implemented without the source code (which of course nobody has).

Also, its not possible to play Half Life or CS on the DC legally,
