Instead of trying to find ways to trick the system into thinking you have 2.0/5 or whatever other firmware, or finding ways to downgrade from higher firmwares to lower, why doesnt someone try to make homebrew possible for the latest version? why keep trying to master older firmwares, when you could begin to crack the newer firmware, and have enjoyable homebrew application along with the great features included in the new firmware? to tell you the truth, if i hade final fantasy tactics for psp, id be set forever. someone let me know when fft is available for 2.5.

well if they do....
then sony will just make new updates
with new options
so its gonna be hard to keep up with the demands...

I say it might be easier to boot 1.5 on 2.5 considering sony's digital handwriting is all over it.But if it is as simple as that it would have been done already.
