portable vnc help

[Yo momma]

i have portable vnc veiwer on my psp and tight vnc on my comp and have followed what it says to do on various tutorials but everytime i start the portable vnc viewer it says wifi idle and then goes to a screen that says wifi connection timed out please check wifi switch and try again. my wifi switch is on i have psp cfw 3.90 m33-3 with 1.50 kernel add-on (which is enabled).

note: whenever i went through the tutorials they had a primary dns and a secondary dns but my computer is only showing one i'm not sure if thats the problem or not but if it is how can i find the secondary dns

please help me
