My psp cant downgrade

my psp isnt showing up on my computer as a removable disk or whatever and i cant downgrade it. I got all the files, but somethings wrong with the usb stuff.

PSP Version
And how you are connectiong the PSP to the computer (like, list the steps, you may be doing some thing wrong)

i finally got it to work. Something was wrong with the usb thing. i just went to device manager and fixed it.
