i just purchased a datel games n music flash cart tried just putting the .nds file on there and it wont boot any help would be much apprieciated

Do you mean the games won't boot or the cart? If its the games give us their names and we can try and help. You should also search for a dldi patching guide, this will probably sort out your problems.

Something tells me he's trying to run commercial roms with it. Two main issues with this:

1. You're at the wrong forum. Read the forum rules.
2. You managed to buy the ONLY device out there that cannot run commercial roms. Congratulations.

i can boot most .nds files but i cant boot games like walle iv tried patching and it says it doesnt have a dldi section?
