Tried burning it just like the tutorials said. I just got a burner so I figured I'd start making that Dreamcast work to be next to my other systems. ^_^ I think the problem might be that I'm using CD-RW's which is a problem I will soon remedy. Can someone verify if you NEED to use CD-R's for me?

Second. Is it possible to make a MAME CD with roms already on it and can it self boot or do I need to make a boot disc? Thanks in advance. I'll probably be back a lot. ^_^

Got a tutorial on tweaking the lens but have had no luck. I got as far as it freezing when checking a rewritable rather than not booting at all. Luckily I maked my original setting so no harm was done. Still, any GOOD guides to tweaking the lens. Most of the pictures are fuzzy and there doesn't seem to be a good way to tweak.

BTW my DC was Manufactured in 5/00

use cd-rs, if you tweak the laser you will shorten the dc life span. and yeah you can make self boot disc with the roms on them, check the stick in the help forum for more info
