Joat has posted on his site about his release of the worlds first Homebrew Demo (http://www.bottledlight.com/ds/) for the Nintendo DS, it appears you can use a Flash Cart in your GBA port that uses a passthrough device to enable homebrew to work, he also has details of the passthrough Here (http://www.bottledlight.com/ds/pass.html).
