i'm looking for good emulators that have sound

I was fairly surprised with the system 16 emulator for dreamcast it emulates golden axe, altered beast, shinobi, alex kidd almost at full speed with slightly slowed down sound. Turn sound off and get full speed not all games are supported yet.

Chuits Neo4all beta 4 is literally flawless for not paying any money to emulate neo geo CD games.

nester dc is flawless which emulates nes games perfectly.

go to emus for dc and follow the instructions I can not provide rom links you will have to find them yourself try googling them.
