Need help with Ds Game Maker...

Hi, I'm new to making nds games, and i can't get Ds Game Maker to compile my game. I downloaded DevkitPro, the latest Palib, and the DevkitProARM thingy. I get this message when I try to compile a game in the Ds Game Maker:
