I've got some 'special' circumstances for homebrew apps. I originally bought my psp from someone who decided they needed a cell phone more. (cheap) Then I had a friend install 1.51, my psp bricked. Upon returning it to the people at EB, a girl gave me another psp, for free. (under the table!) And upgraded it to 2.0. You can imagine my joy and dismay at hearing of emulators for the psp, none of its games beats CT, and that they require 1.5 or 1.0. Now I have followed xuphorz's instructions and have a 1.00 psp now. Eboot for 1.5 doesn't install, corrupted it says. I'm sure I haven't tried everything to fix this. Only what I can think of, any advice? Is my psp doomed for its 2.0 upgrade?

How did you get your psp from a 2.00 to 1.5 to 1.00? The 1.50 to 1.00 downgrade bricks your psp. My friend tried it with his "virgin" psp and bricked it.
