When i load a game its black and white and also i cant save or load games on snes 9x and VBA emulator plz help

Firstly:

You do not have the correct cable or T.V. settings for the emulator, the emulators run in 60Hz.

Secondly:

You can save your games by having a folder titled "Saves" in the ROM folders for the emulators.
