Skype On 4.01 m33-2?

I have two PSP's.

One is a Slim with Official Firmware - 4.05. It has Skype on it.

I have a CFW PSP (Phat) with 4.01 m33-2 firmware on it. It has something called GoMessenger!

Now i know Skype and GoMessenger! are different apps, but this may be a stupid question, but how come on my CFW PSP, i do not have skype?

I am going abroad and free phone calls via skype will be excellent and i'd rather take my CFW PSP since my Slim PSP is one of the rare FFVII ones imported from Japan and i know that if someone let alone saw a PSP they'd probably snatch it, but the FFVII one, they'd probably kill me for it...

my bad, answered my own question.

PSP Slim has more RAM so is capable of running it.

But i still dont understand why the Slim PSP doesn't have GoMessenger! on it?

EDIT: you know when you feel like a noob?

I get it all now.


Looks like i'll have to take my PSP slim along with me anyway.
