Sorry for the slightly misleading title. But, if someone were able to get ahold of the Sony PSP SDK wouldn't it be possible to create emulators and other software that wouldn't require a downgrade ?

Eh I'm not sure if the "Sony PSP SDK" has that to offer, but I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with "PSP Doom, Quake and Game Modding". Wrong forum.
