4.01M33 update problems with psp phat 3.40 oe

When I tried to update to 4.01m33 on a psp phat, the updated hangs after i instruct it to download the update from the internet. anybody encountered this problem before?

im currently using a psp phat 3.40oe and this happens with 3.90m33 and 4.01m33

need help guys.....please....

upgrade to 3.52M33, then 3.71M33, 3.80M33, 3.90M33( then do a network update to get to 4.01M33-2 )

you forgot a crucial step p1220drs

you have to patch the 3.52 M33 install to patch 4 (3.52 M33-4)

Alternatively, you could try Hellcat's Recovery Flasher (http://forums.qj.net/showthread.php?t=143300) program to attempt a more direct upgrade.
