You cannot play CS on PSP. No one is going to help you for anything else if you keep acting like a douche.

No its a WAD, not Counterstrike as you know it now or as you new it any time on your computer. I'm not even sure if the wad works on the current version of Doom for PSP. PLease check some other threads on how to install wads and test it out for yourself.
