Does anyone have any idea as to what kind of batteries DS will use. I dunno if I am stupid, or unobservant. I mean what kind as in, an attachable rechargable battery like the psp, or Normal AA or AAA batteries?

Battery & Power Management: Lithium ion battery delivering 6 to 10 hours of play on a four-hour charge, depending on use. The battery is rechargeable and the unit features a low-energy-consumption design. The DS also has Power Management functions of Sleep mode and Standby mode. In Sleep mode, players can stop and resume game play whenever they like. AC adapter.

Basically, the same thing as the GBA SP. It has an internal battery (which is removable if you have a small screwdriver handly), although it doesn't seem to last quite as long it does in the SP (which is quoted at 10-12 hours, and I usually get around 11)
